1. It has high safety factor for the feed inlet is equipped with auto power-off protection device for cover opening.
2. Equipped at the hammer of mixing shaft are used to keep cylinder wall clean and no excessive material is left.
3. It is safe to operate for the feed inlet is equipped with protection screen device.
4. High degree of tightness guarantees slight air pollution degree during operation.
5. The bottom of mixing shaft has reinforced mixing plate to realize more uniform mixing and higher mixing efficiency.
6. The bottom of cylinder is installed with wash-out valve for convenient cleaning of cylinder.
7. It can be designed and manufactured as per customers request, such as for attaching screw conveyer.
The turnable real stone paint mixer is based on the traditional horizontal real stone paint mixer, which is equipped with the function of cylinder turning, which is convenient for the user to clean and discharge in the use.
Industrial mixer Operation Principle:
The mixing hammer forms an oblique angle with the mixing shaft. The two ends along the shaft are symmetrical. The mixing hammer turns the materials from both sides to the middle along the outer edge during mixing process. Meanwhile the materials are stirred up and down. When the materials stirred fall down by self-gravitation,the two strong hammer handles will drive the materials to turn up and down during mixing process. Part of the materials move towards both ends along the shaft, thus forming convective circulation to make the materials thoroughly
mixed in the cylinder.
