Working principle:

Dusty gas comes from the bucket (or lower open flange) into the filter chamber, coarse particles directly into ash hopper or ash bin, dust gas filters through the filter bag, dust retains in the bag, the bag net gas chamber, a draught fan is discharged into the atmosphere. When the dust filter bag surface increased to the resistance of the equipment to the setting value, time relay (or differential pressure controller) outputs signal, the controller starts to work, turn pulse valve, the compressed air was blowing ash through the nozzle of the bag, so that the bag suddenly expanded in the reverse flow, attached in the dust bag table quickly out of the bag into ash hopper (or ash silo), dust discharged by the flap valve. The filter bag is only cleaned by the filter bag, and the other filter bags are still normally to filter the air blower.
