The working principle of ZC type mechanical rotary back blow flat bag dust collector:

The filter conditions, the dust gas is cutting into the upper space of the filter chamber. Large particles and condensed dust fall in the bucket along the wall of the rotary cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, small particles are retained in the filter bag, purified air is gathered in clean room through flower board, then discharged by a draught fan in the air.

The regeneration condition, with filtration conditions, the dust adhered on the surface of the filter bag filter bag, increased resistance to normal work, with sufficient amount of counter blowing gas flow by the rotary arm nozzle blowing bag filter air guide port blocking and change the pressure inside the bag, the bag caused substantial vibration, shake off the dust.
