1, the dust collector is divided into 24 storehouses, which are arranged into two columns, and the middle is the air inlet and the general air outlet. The compartment has a close partition between the compartments so as to realize the off-line ash cleaning.
2. A windshield is set between the inlet air inlet and the filter bag, and the air inlet mode is taken inside the box.
3. A manual butterfly valve is set up in each chamber, and a pneumatic stop valve is set up at the exit. It can realize off-line ash cleaning and the maintenance of single chamber and the distribution of air volume in each chamber under the condition of non shutdown.
4. There are 216 filter bags in each chamber. The size of the filter bag is 120mm x 6000mm. 24 storehouses totaled 5184, with a total area of 11716m2.
5, the filter bag frame adopts octagonal star section. Compared with the circular section, it can enhance the ash removal effect, reduce the wear between the filter bag and the frame, prolong the life of the filter bag, and facilitate the extraction and insertion of the filter bag frame.
6. The filter bag is made of polyester needled felt.
7. Using a stop air pulse cleaning method, a set of blowing device is set in each chamber, and the outlet of the blowpipe and the outlet of the pulse valve are easy to disassemble and disassemble.
8. The electromagnetic pulse valve is DMF80 type direct pass fast pulse valve, and its pressure output port is double twisted line structure.
9. The top of the upper box is equipped with falling water gradient (20:1) and a water drop trough to prevent the top cover from water accumulation.

12, the ash outlet is provided with a manual gate valve and star discharging valve, the former is for inspection when repairinging star discharging vavle
