The system consists of three 35 tons/hour grain dryers and supporting biomass pellet hot blast stoves, with a total processing capacity of 105 tons/hour and 2,520 tons of grain drying in a single day. It is designed for small and medium-sized grain depots, grain processing parks and areas with strict environmental protection policies, suitable for wheat, rice, corn and other grains, with precise control of moisture content from 30% to 12%-15%, intelligent segmentation control of hot air temperature, ≤ grain rate of 0.7%, and 40% reduction of drying cost per ton compared with diesel.
