Working principle

The Complete Set Rice Mill machine is a kind of comprehensive equipment for rice processing. Paddy goes into machine through Cleaning Destoner, and then forward under rubber-roller for hulling. Two rice whiteners combined the emery and iron roller, with high 15 KW motors. As to husk, chaff, blighted grain as well as polished rice, they are all pushed out of machine separately. This machine is comprehensive expression for all the good qualities of varied kinds of rice-processing machines. The rice polisher roller adopts food grade stainless steel, with stainless steel moisture pump and aerial injector. The rice grader can separte complete rice from middle broken rice and small broken rice. The color sorter adopts high technology with high resolutoin camera, can identify tiny color difference and thus improve the rice quality.

The packing scale is an automatically weighing machine, with a tolerance of lower than 0.02Kgs. 

The electric control box combines all funtions of machines into one. with easy operation and monitoring.
