The mixed-flow drying structure supplies both co-current and counter-current hot air, increasing the contact area between grain and hot air. The grain flows downward in an S-shaped path and is alternately exposed to high- and low-temperature airflows, ensuring uniform drying without dead zones.

The mixed-flow drying structure results in a thin grain layer and low airflow resistance, reducing fan power. The 30-ton model achieves a moisture removal rate of 0.5-1.5%/h, delivering high drying efficiency and making it suitable for large-scale continuous production.
