This product consists of dryer cabin, elevator, online moisture meter and computer controlling system. It adopts optimized structure, reasonable material, advanced workmanship, modularized production to ensure the product quality. The dryer is enviroment friendly and low cost. The key indicators such as unevenness, cracking rate and broken rate of dryed grain are the leading level in China.
Application:
Drying high moisture rice, wheat, corn, soybeans and other grains.
Suitable for farms, food stations, grain storage specialized households. Grain dryer uses hot air as the drying medium and applies recycling drying process to heat grain evenly so as to obtain good quality grain after baking.
Type:
Different grain has different drying processs and drying temperature. According to the quantity of drying grain, different types of drying process and dryers can be chosen. for example, for the grain with various species and a small quatity or scattered grain storage, small batches/cycle type dryer can be chosen; for the grain with large amount in a short drying time but single species, large continous batch unit is appropriate.

3) Diversified drying methods option, including steam drying, biomass fuel hot air drying, fuel drying etc.
4) Utilize stainless steel mesh for the drying layer and the bottom of dryers, use the material properties, such as stainless steel thermal conductivity and wear resistance, to improve the drying rate and extend the service life.
5) Adopt imported brand motors for elevator and rotary valve, which can run 20,000 hours without adding oil.
6) The imported NSK bearings have longer service life and lower noise.
7) Auger leaves adopts high quality stainless steel material, which are more durable and wear-resistant.
