This is a 45 ton per batch recirculating paddy dryer,consists of one 30 ton and one 15 ton dryer equipped with two furnaces.
Customers first lauched a 15 ton dryer with coal furnace some years ago. After testing the quality of our dryer, he decided to expand
the production capacity with one 30 ton per batch dryer and another furnace.
The low temperature cross-flow drying technology ensures the paddy drying quality after drying.
The dryer adoptes automatic moisture meter content, which can test the paddy mositure during the drying process.
It is augur type dryer with indirect heating. The distributing plate makes each paddy granual contact the same temperature.
The PVC bucket is from famous brand in China, which ensures the durablity.
The machine can be controlled with PLC control panel. or controlled manually as per customers option;
The furnace is controlled automatically and equipped with ash tray.
