Hair protection directions:

1. Wash your hair clean and dry it completely before applying the weave.
2. When washing, use gently running water, lightly rub hair and scaip.
3. To maintain curly hair or wet look, lightly apply gel mouses,or oil sheen, oil sheen is not recommended for bonded hair, oil may cause weave to ship out
4. When combing, always comb bottom of hair first and work your way up to the root.
5. When removing, please always consult your professional beautician.
6. For curly hair, do not brush when it is dry.
7. Use large toothed comb or your fingers while hair is wet!

Question When Place Order:

Q1. Is there any Customs tax?

A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Q2. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?

A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.

How To Care The Hair Well

1. Please don’t cut the weft as this will result in massive shedding. Get a stylist who can install your hair without cutting. If you have to cut the weft please seal it with weft sealer.

2. You’d better don’t comb deep wave and curly with a brush.

Just use your fingers to keep its smoothly with some refreshing hair oil. As for body wave, spring curl and romance curl, you need to do more steps to hold its original style.

3. Carefully wash it with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo. Do not rub or twist the hair. And then follow with conditioner. Remember to wash it once a week.
