 Product Description 

Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate is important element in plant nutrition which help top increase chlorophyll in plant which helps increase the healthiness and prospective growth of plants, its efficient Mn and S nutrient for all types of soils, especially in the soil contains low organic matter and in the soil with high pH.

 Application 

As Fertilizer (Granular)

• Used as a porcelain glaze, as a fertilizer additive and as a catalyst.
• It is added to soils to promote plant growth, especially of citrus crops. It is a good reducing agent for manufacturing paints, varnish driers.

Non Agricultural Uses (Powder)

• Used in textile dye, fungicides, medicines and ceramics.
• Used as a nutrient and dietary supplement in foods.
• Used in ore flotation, as a catalyst in viscose process and in synthetic manganese dioxide.
• Used as a nutritional factor and in poultry in veterinary medicine.

• Used as laboratory reagent.

 Application Recommendation 

Typical soil application rates for manganese sulphate are 15kg/ha, however in some highly deficient situations rates of up to 25kg/ha may be required.
For foliar applications to cereal crops, apply Manganese Sulphate Soluble at 8-10 kg/ha, dissolved in 200 litres of water. For crops with visual Mn deficiencies, it is advisable to apply 2 applications, 3 weeks apart.

 Product Features 

USES

Plants use manganese (Mn) for enzyme activity involved in carbohydrate metabolism. They also use it for making fatty acids in every transfer during photosynthesis.
Manganese Sulphate supplies manganese, which is used to alleviate manganese deficiencies. Manganese sulphate is also applied to soils or as a foliar application for cereal production where a history of Mn deficiency exists. Gardeners use several methods to deliver manganese sulfate to plants; foliar sprays and soil applications are the most common. 


INSTRUCTIONS

A. Foliar Application


a. Water the plants slowly and deeply at least one week before applying the manganese sulfate.
b. Add the required amount of water to the sprayers' tank. Add the manganese sulfate, swirling the tank as you do so to mix it with the water.
c. Spray the foliage thoroughly, until the product drips from the plant, unless the label specifies otherwise.


B. Soil Application


a. Water the plant deeply the week before applying the manganese sulfate. The product should never be applied to a plant that is heat or drought stressed.
b. Add the manganese sulfate granules to the spreader.
c. Use a rake to spread the manganese sulfate out to the drip line. Water the application area, to a depth of 6 inches, immediately after applying.
d. Wash off any granules that land on the plants' foliage.
Attention: Do not allow the manganese sulfate granules to touch the plant's trunk. Keep it at least 3 inches away.



 Storage 

Keep locked up.

Do not breath dust. Wear suitable protective clothing.

In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Keep away from incompatibles such as oxidizing agents, metals, acids.
