The classification of waterproof classification
1. The LED light bar is IP65 waterproof: usually also called the surface epoxy waterproof light bar, currently it is made of epoxy resin and PU glue. Put the LED light bar flat on the glue table, fix the LED light bar with double-sided adhesive on the back, and then put a layer of glue on the surface of the LED light bar to play the role of waterproofing the surface.
2. LED light bar IP66 waterproof: usually also called hollow full-tube waterproof light bar, generally used sleeves are silicone full-tube and PVC full-tube.
3. LED light bar IP67 waterproof: usually also called semi-sleeve drip water-proof or semi-sleeve potting waterproof, that is, the bottom part is covered with a semi-sleeve, and then do the drip or potting treatment. Glue filling and waterproofing will affect the heat dissipation of the light bar, and long-term use will cause the sealant to fall off.
4. LED light bar IP68 waterproof: It is usually called a full set of tube filling water proof or a full set of tube pumping water proof, which is the highest waterproof level of the current LED light bar, and can be used completely in water.
