1. Introduction:
EB furnace rollers made from different materials,such as stainless steel,Ni-Cr Iron base heat-resistant
steel,for heat treatment furnaces with service temperature up to 1600℃(2912°F).
EB’s furnace rollers are made for different heat treatment processes for steel, aluminium,Zinc Alloy and
other metallic materials,which have been widely used in the following applications.
2. Inspection:
We have in-house facility for each inspection: Composition by Spectrometer; Size test,Mechanical test,
NDT,UT,RT,PT,MT,ET.
3. Process:
Centrifugal casting for barrel/tube, forging for journal/shaft, static /investment or sand casting for cone/ trunions,
welding and machining and grinding
