HJZ Series H Beam Strighghtening Machine (HydraulicType)

This machine is different from hydraulic straightening machine HJZ-60, it adopts the construction of mechanic straightening machine HJZ-80, it is two correction wheel on the top straighten the flange downward. The difference is, the power of correction wheel is from hydraulic cylinder instead of gear reducer. The characteristic of using top correction wheel is :

1 . both sides of flange can be corrected separately and can control the effect of straightening so that to make the web vertical after straightening.

2. The roller conveyor no need elevating which can save cost and easy for operation.

1) Cylindrical gear reducer using the carburizing and quenching,gear grinding carrying capacity increased by more than four times,small volume,light weight,low noise,efficient,high reliability.

2) The roller using 40Cr and 35CrMo material,By the whole forging,A one-time processing molding,Surface high frequency quenching, quenching hardness is HRC50-55,To ensure that its long-term use will not produce cracks and other defects.

3) Electric control system is separated with main machine,easy to operate.

4) Hydraulic pump station is as a peripheral independent system, which adopts the Ningbo Chuangli brand.
