Automatic Cantilever Type Back CO2 Welding Machine for Steel Box Beam

This machine is mainly used for CO2 gas shield backing welding of assembled Box-beam.

Box-beam after finishing assembling will be transported to gas shield backing welding area by roller conveyor.

The welding arms which equiped with welding heads can make horizontal and elevating movement by skateboard and trolley. This can make the CO2 welding head’s nozzle aiming at the welding seam.

There is pneumatic elastic mechanical guide arc device on welding arm, and trolley can move in straight line on guide rail. It can make automatic backing welding for Box-beam groove flat welding seam.

This machine is used for tandem twin gas shield back welding of the assembled box-beam bevel side fillet welding seam at flat.

It has the advantages of fast speed and high efficiency. It can reduce the affect to welding may caused by man's activity.
