90 Degree Box Beam Conveying Machine for Box Beam Production Line

Moving type 90°overturning machine can support the use of electro slag welding. It is used for overturning

the Box-beam workpiece, and is composed by two sets of overturning machines, one hydraulic station and

one electrical control box. Workpiece overturning process including:

1) Two overturning machines move to the place which under the workpiece;

2) The rocker arms first overturn 45° to raise the workpiece from roller conveyor;

3) Two overturning machines move simultaneously, and move the workpiece to suitable position;

4) The rocker arms overturn 45° again and workpiece overturn 90°, then lay it on the roller conveyor.
