Head and Tail Stock Welding Positioner

The head and tail positioner is designed for the user of the workpiece to the actual situation of special welding positioner, double-column structure can lift two-axis (elevator, flip) split, tailstock movable positioner; by varying the lift bit, can welding in the best welding position, reduce labor intensity, saving auxiliary time, increasing labor productivity.

Features:

1. One head side is drive rotation in N*360 degree,another tail side is idler rotation.

2. Table diameter is 1200 mm for 3T capacity head and tail stock welding positioner.

3. For larger workpiece,we can do the table diameter around 2000mm according to the demands.

4. Idler tail side base frame with manual moving wheels for longer workpiece.

5. Head and tail stock welding positioner controlled by remote hand control and foot pedal switch.

6. Voltage: 380V 50/60Hz 3Phase or According to the request.
