PCD Diamond Wire drawing dies
 

High Hardness PCD diamond wire drawing dies are manufactured with polycrystalline diamonds, which are manufactured by mixing the selected diamond powder of specific grain size with metallic bonding material and sintered at high temperature and ultra high pressure. This results in a homogeneous very hard and highly abrasive resistance blank having high thermal conductivity like natural diamond.

High Hardness PCD diamond wire drawing dies are sintered under high temperature and high pressure together with binder alloy is used. Diamond drawing dies of high and consistent quality covering small to large diameters exhibit outstanding performance in larger size areas than single crystal diamond drawing dies.

The lifetime of PCD dies are about 10 times higher than tungsten carbide dies and it's quite popular now .

The smallest  inner hole can be 0.2mm .

Application : Non-feerous wire, including copper, aluminum, electromagnetic wire and stainless steel.

Diamond grit : 3-20 Micron
