As the example of 4000# asphalt mixing machine, there are more than 600 pcs Nomex filter bag for dust filtration, filtration area can reach more than 1400m2, the gas volume can reach at 65300 Nm3/h, the dust filter bag can catch the particl more than 0.3micron, and the working efficiency can reach 97%-99% , and the outlet emssion will be less than 15mg/Nm3.

Filter bag is the most important part in dust collector which influences the collection efficiency and working temperature. Renewal of bags creates major cost in maintaining bag house, so the lifetime of bags are the main factor affecting the cost and working condition of bag-house.
