Sperm DNA fragment test by flow cytometry (Acridine orange staining kit)

【Clinical significance】

The reagent kit is mainly used to test sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI).

• Analyze the etiology of infertility.
• Predict male-factor miscarrage and assist evidence-based treatment.
• Evaluate ART outcome(fertilization rate, blastocyst formation).
• Measure adverse effect of evevated ROS on sperm.

【Intended use】

The kit is used to evaluate sperm neclear chromatin intactness and maturity.

【Operation process】

1)Test sperm concentration.
2)Adjust sperm concentration 2－3×106 /ml in reagent A.
3)Add with 50ul of reagent A .
4)Add with 100ul of reagent B. React for 30 sec.
5)Add with 300μl of reagent C immediately.
6)Test on flow cytometer (488nm luminescence).
