Diff-Quik - Staining Kit for Spermatozoan Morphology (Diff-Quik Rapid Staining Method) Sperm Function Analysis
The kit is mainly used for evaluating the characteristics of human sperm morphology. It can also be used for the detection of sperm morphology of other mammals.
Diff-Quik method: The xanthene contained in the dye solution is a kind of acid dye, while the thiazine is a kind of basic dye, for which, the two dyes, when selectively adsorbing with the sperm protein, make the sperm to present the different staining; the alkaline protein in the chondriomere would bind to the xanthene and present pinkish , while the acidic protein present the fuchsia when binding to thiazine.
