SpermFunc®Vitality - Kit for Determination of Sperm Vitality

( Eosin-Nigrosin Staining)

Features:

Test step:

1. 10μl fresh semen + 50μl eosin-nigrosin solution 

2. Mix gently. Incubate at room temperature for 30 seconds

3. Take 5μl of above mixture to make a smear

4. Air-dried. Observe at least 200 sperms under optical microscope, and calculate the percentage of

    live sperm

Precautions:

The kit should be stored at 2~8° C, and the use life is one year. Once unpacked, it could be stored for

45 days at 2~8° C.

Test result:

                                                    The normal reference value recommended by WHO is Vitality ≥ 58%
