Steel Belt Reinforced Polyethylene (PE) Helical Bellows
The steel belt reinforced polyethylene (PE) helical bellows is a kind of winding structure wall composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix (inner and outer layers) and the surface coated with adhesive resin steel tape. The wall structure consists of three layers: the inner layer is a PE inner tube with continuous solid-wall, and the outer tube is wrapped with a ring-shaped corrugated steel belt (U-shaped steel plate) reinforced with corrugated steel strips, and the polyethylene outer layer is coated with corrugated reinforced steel tape, so as to form a whole spiral corrugated tube. This is a composite pipe that combines organically coated steel strip and polyethylene plastic in a hot melt state.
Product Characteristics
1. Good compression resistance and good impact resistance
2. Smooth interior wall and low friction, high flow capacity
3. Good corrosion resistance and no environment pollution
4. Light weight, easily transport and install, low construction cost
Product application scope:
Mainly used in municipal engineering sewage, waste water, rainwater system;
The sewage, wastewater, and rainwater systems in the residential community; drainage systems such as railways and highways;
