KSD301 Temperature Controller KSD301-G Temperature Cutoff Switch Controller
The KSD series thermostat operates on the principle of bimetal discs that snap into action with temperature changes. This snap action activates internal contacts to open or close the circuit. Key features include fixed working temperatures, reliable snap action, minimal flashover, extended lifespan, and reduced radio interference.

Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types
Manual Reset Type
When temperature reaches the action range, the bimetallic strip snaps to disconnect. The circuit remains open until manually reset by pressing the reset button after temperature drops by 20°C. Requires 4~6N force for reset. Minimum 20.4mm clearance required between reset button and cover for proper operation.
Auto Reset Type
Automatically resets and reconnects the circuit when temperature drops to the specified reset point after initial disconnection.
