Black Annealed Wire

We produce Black Annealed Wire with high-quality low carbon raw materials through wire drawing and annealled process. Soft black annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing. It’s soft and has good stretching resistance. The finished products are smeared with slushing oil. So they are not apt to rust. We can tie up the products according to customers requirements, ranged from 1 to 100kg each bundle.

And we can also make the Black Annealed Wire into U type carbon steel wire, straight cut wire etc. It is mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction.

Standard specification: Wire diameter from 0. 60mm-6mm
Packing:

Generally inner plastic and outer hessian cloth.
In small coil of 0.5-10 1bs then in carton.
To be straightened & cut in requested length, then in bundles & put into carton.
Of course, we can also pack according to your requirements.
Tensile strength: 300-550N/MM2.
Material: Q195, Q235.
