Medium PP HQ Core Boxes , Strong Temperature Resistant Rock Core Boxes

“DIBIAO” brand- Q series core tray is designed according to standard wire-line rock core, its model include BQ.NQ.HQ.PQ,and we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray.  

Polypropylene also includes a copolymer of propylene and a small amount of ethylene. It's the lightest general-purpose plastic. Corrosion resistance, tensile strength 30MPa, strength, rigidity and transparency are better than polyethylene. The disadvantage is poor impact resistance at low temperature and easy aging, but can be overcome by modification and addition of antioxidant. Brittle temperature - 35 ℃, 35 ℃ below - will happen embrittlement, cold tolerance than polyethylene. The chemical stability of polypropylene is very good, except can be eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is stable to all kinds of chemical reagents.

Recycling of plastic waste plastics is one of the, in civil, industrial and other USES, used and ultimately eliminate or replace down and after cleaning and crushing of discarded products of plastic called recycled plastics. Our black core box USES recycled plastic.

Injection molding: melt the plastic into the plastic product mold by pressure, cooling and forming to get the desired plastic parts. There is a special machine for injection molding. The advantage is that the production speed is fast, the efficiency is high, the operation may realize the automation, the size may from big to small, the product size is accurate. With high surface precision, the same batch of shape error is minimal.

Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.
