♦ For gas filling line, the german siemens motor and timing belt are used to press insulating glass

♦ For normal production line,we just need siemens servo motor

Semens servo motor—recognize the thickness of the glass and aluminum frame when you press the insulating glass

Timing belt—keep the transfer more stable,and has a gas function when you fill the argon gas in the double glass

Adjustable back plate

CNC Technology keeps the back plate straight all the time,not demage the glass

Inductor

Three inductor ,which divide the whole pressing part into four sections

when glass L<=1.5m, Part 1 work

when glass L=1.5-2.3m, Part 1 and part 2 work

when glass L=2.3-3.2m, Part 1,part 2,part 3 work

when glass L>=3.2m, all parts work together,and perform secondary pressing

Filling argon gas online

Filling argon gas with 22s per piece for double glass,and you can set and display the gas value on the screen.We use the Finnish Detector to test the inflatable content.When the previous set value id reached,inflation will stop automatically.
