IJIANG production line adopts the latest technology, its main purpose is to create high-end quality, to provide customers with the latest production technology, improve production efficiency, save production costs and produce maximum benefits. Now LIJIANG mainly has two kinds of IG line with different two different technologies. One (Picture 1) uses transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other (Picture 2) is a new technology that uses air-floating technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve the IG production high quality.

<Total Production> displays the total production of the production line, click on the <Clear> button, the count is cleared.

<Double glass total production> shows the total output of double glass production line (including the stepped glass).

<Triple glass total production> shows the total output of double glass production line.

<Shaped glass total production > shows the total production of shaped glass.

<Total daily output> displays the total daily production of the line.

<Double glass daily production> shows the total production of double glass one day.

<Shaped glass daily production> shows the total production of shaped glass one day.

This screen shows the current state of production function of the machine.

"Cleaning speed" is the set of cleaning machine transmission speed.

"Upper frame setting time" refers to the delay stopping time of the second glass at the glass locating device of the aluminum frame assembly section.

"Set value of aeration concentration" refers to the value of the aeration concentration to be reached in the automatic detection mode of aeration. After reaching the set concentration, the gas-filled compaction output will be stopped.

"Manual inflating time setting" refers to the inflating time required for inflation in the non-inflating automatic detection mode.

"Glass parameters" refers to the non thickness mode manually input the parameters of the glass thickness and width of aluminum frame, provide servo press and automatic pneumatic parameters, click on the glass parameters set into the picture:

The value of pure air of the channel sensor is the maximum value of the oxygen sensor when air is pumped out when the corresponding oxygen sensor is calibrated. The value of pure argon gas in the channel refers to the minimum value when the oxygen sensor is stable when the corresponding oxygen sensor is calibrated.
