Main feature:

• Using 6 pieces of soft brushes with 0.1mm soft hair, can wash low-e glass

Automatic butyl extruder machine is the necessary equipment for manufacturing aluminum-frame type insulated glass, even it is necessary for Vertical insulating glass processing line.The butyl that be glued on the both side of aluminum frame automatically, the glue is the first coating sealant for insulating glass. So the quality of the butyl directly decides the quality of insulating glass and using life. Function description

This machine has kinds of functions, please see the below instructions:

1. Alarm device of no butyl When there is no butyl, it can automatic alarm(There is a reminder on touch screen);
2. Device of air quickly inlet to the rubber cylinder When need to change butyl, open the inlet valve before the rubber cylinder going back, immediately blow air into the cylinder can help the cylinder quickly go back.
3. Preheating function When using the machine, it can start to work normally until the temperature of nozzles and gluing base up to set temperature. In order to improve using efficiency, workers can set starting time in advance, so it can automatic start heating system before working, no need to wait;
4. Delay switch off When machine is normally working, gluing needles are in heating condition. When you want to switch off the machine, if do it immediately, it’s easy to destroy the belt. So the function of delaying switch off can improve using life of belt.
5. Device of providing butyl for desiccant filling machine, it can provide butyl to desiccant filling machine at any time in the condition of power-on;
6. Sleeping mode Under sleeping mode, equipment transmission, heating are normal operation, but cut off the gas source. It can effectively reduce the waste of gas.
7. Power failure that gas failture After finishing the work, can be turned off power, no need to cut off the gas source.
