Automatic Butyl extruder machine is one of sealants spreading machine, it uses butyl glue, the first sealants to seal the sides of the spacer frames.Butyl adhesive coating machine is a very important part of insulating glass processing, which directly affects the sealing effect of insulating glass. The glue butyl extruder machine in Lijiang glass has three models, LJTB01, LJTB02 and LJTB03. LJTB01 is the new butyl extruder machine which has the fast speed to coating butyl glue on spacer sides. LJTB02 is the common butyl extruder machine, it is the first one butyl coating machine in automatically. LJTB03 is the full automatically butyl extruder machine, which do not use hands when coating butyl glue, can connect with spacer transfer machine.
