ASME SA 209 Grade T1a Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes are Carbon Steel Tubes with subsequent addition of chromium, molybdenum and sometimes vanadium are known as chrome moly Tubes. ASME Specification alloy steel Tubes are used for high temperature service applications. Seamless Alloy Steel Tubes according to ASME SA 209 Grade T1a are reheated and furnished in full annlealed,isothermal annealed or normalised quenched and tempered condition. ASME SA 209 Grade T1a Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes have a typical chemistry with additions of 0.44-0.65 Molybdenum. Bearing minimum tensile strength of 365 Mpa ASME SA 209 Grade T1a Tubes have a minimum yield strength of 195 Mpa.

Marking
ASME SA 209 Grade T1a Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes is marked with tube type, heat number, steel grade and size. Information is repeated along the whole length of the tube. Other markings, such as stamping, can be made on request. Bundles are also labeled with a tag having info both alphanumeric and by bar code.
