Both ends of the pipe should be cut at rightangles, and remove burrs
Tests of the seamless boiler tubes:
1.Bending Test:
The tubes should take the bending test when OD ≤22mm. Thebending angle is 90 degrees, and the bending radius is 6 times the outerdiameter of the steel tube.
2. Hydraulic test;
Eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing can beused instead of hydraulic tests. When eddy current testing, GB/T7735-1995 Gr. A should be followed; when ultrasonictesting, GB/T 5777-1996 Gr. C8 should be followed.
