A1 2005 Uing-Oing Submerged Arc Welding Pipes 15mm - 1626mm Outer Diameter Non Alloy /Alloy Steel
Longitudinal edges of steel plates are first beveled using carbide milling equipment. Beveled plates are then formed into a U shape using a U-press and subsequently into an O shape using an O-press.
The UOE mill features the most advanced technology and process, achieves high production efficiency, stable product quality and is equipped with complete inspection equipments.
UOE mill adopts U & O forming, the formed pipes are welded inside through five internal welding stations with three wires, and welded outside through four external welding stations with three wires.
The LSAW production line has introduced with supreme quality-guarantee technique- JCOE, can produce logitudinal submerged-arc welded steel pipe from out diameter 355.6mm to 1828.8mm(14" - 72"), wall thickness from 8mm to 60mm under various standards like API 5L, API 2B, EN10210, EN10219, EN10208, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, ASTM A500, GB/T9711, GB50205 ETC. The roller welding line can produce straight seam rolled pipe from diameter from 355.6mm to 3800mm, wall thickness from 8mm to 120mm.
