Scope of the standard:
The standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for circular submerged arc welded pipes with specified low temperature properties manufactured of non-alloy steels. It specifies the requirements for taking samples and the methods of testing.

Steel grades: P215NL and P265NL
Two testing categories are also distinguished in this case:
· TC1
· TC2
which differ with respect to the test type and, most of all, with the fact that ultrasound testing is introduced in the case of the TC2 group.
Pipe manufacturing stages and delivery conditions:
· Hot rolled or normalized sheets or strips, cold forming, SAW welding and normalization or without further thermal processing
