This semi-automatic wood heat treatment equipment features automatic pressure control with integrated heating system. The plant is designed for creosote wood pole treatment and is suitable for non-water soluble pharmaceuticals such as creosote oil.

Treatment Process
- Initial vacuum to extract air cells and reduce resistance for better immersion
- Add creosote in vacuum state until reaching liquid level
- Heat stage to dilute creosote oil
- Increase pressure to 1.0-1.4 MPa and maintain
- Discharge pressure and return creosote to storage tank
- Final vacuum to extract remaining creosote oil
- Remove treated wood poles
