XY-1A Geological Drilling Rig Machine brief introduction

XY-1A Geological Drilling Rig Applicable
1. The drilling rig is mainly used for drilling holes such as general survey and exploration of specific mineral deposits and engineering geological exploration. Inspection holes for various concrete structures.
2. Diamond, alloy, and steel drill bits can be selected for drilling according to different formations.
3. When the final hole diameter is 75mm and 46mm, the rated drilling depth is 100m and 180m respectively, and the maximum depth shall not exceed 110% of each drilling depth. The rated opening diameter is 110mm, and the maximum opening diameter is allowed to be 150mm.

1. Equipped with an oil pressure feeding mechanism, it improves drilling efficiency and reduces labor intensity for workers.
2. The drilling rig is equipped with a ball clamp type clamping mechanism and a hexagonal active drill rod, which can implement non-stop rod reversing, with high work efficiency, convenient operation, and safety and reliability.
3. Equipped with a pressure gauge at the bottom of the hole to indicate pressure for easy control of the situation inside the hole.
4. The centralized operation of the handle is convenient.
5. The drilling rig has a compact structure, small volume, light weight, strong decomposability, and is easy to relocate, suitable for work in plains or mountainous areas.
The vertical shaft adopts an octagonal structure, which is more suitable for high torque transmission.
