1	Regularly ,The UF Membrane can intercept bacteria ,But it can’t kill bacteria ,The UF Membrane that is good interception rate also can’t ensure that bacteria don’t grow in the clean area ,where the bacteria can propagated largely .Directly affects permeated the water quality ,for example ,some mineral water products appear translucent filamentous white floc mold,mainly caused by mold contamination .Therefore,regular sterilization of the working environment and filtration system must be carried out regularly.the operation cycle of sterilization is determined according to the condition of the raw water ,For the ordinary top water in the city ,7--10day in the summer ,and 30--40 days in winter,20--30 days in spring and autumn season .As the underground water is the feed water ,the sterilization period is shorter .The sterilized drugs can be circulated or soaked for about half an hour by using 500--1000mg/l Naclo3 solution or 1% hydrogen peroxide water solution .
2	Due to each ultra filtration element must be added protective fluid before leaving factory,Rinse the protective fluid thoroughly before use ,First rinse with the low pressure (0.1 MPa) water for 1 hours ,and then rinse with the high pressure water (0.2MPa) for 1 hours,No matter the high or low pressure washing ,the water discharge valve of producing water should be opened fully.when using producing water ,should check &confirm that there are no any bactericide.
3	The UF element should be light to take and lay ,then pay attention to protection .Due to the UF Membranes are precision components ,so we should be careful when using and install ,and it should be light to take ,but not to throw away .if the elements are discontinued ,They should be rinsed clean with water and sterilized with 0.5% formaldehyde solution ,and seal it well . The system must be antifreeze treatment in winter ,if not ,the system may be broken .
