Perflex Polyaspartic Tile Grout  P-30

Perflex Polyaspartic Tile Grout P-30 is composed of high-tech polymer material diamine aspartic ester resin +

high-grade low viscosity isocyanate hardner + pigments and special additives. It is 100% solid content semi-fluid

liquid. Tile sealer P-30 is mainly made of organic, which is different from traditional tile grout.

What is the polyasparitc materials? Polyaspartic is premium anti-corrision and waterproof materials, usually

polyaspartic materials applys in concrete and metal surface protecion udner terrible enviroment like windmill, heavy

duty machine, offshore platform, rail concrete protection, swimming pool and roof waterproof, etc. It has super

adhesion to tiles, ceramic tile, marble.

Part 1 Testing Result of Polyaspartic Grout & Epoxy Grout

Part 2 Flexibility Testing by Different Time

Flexibility testing method:paint 0.5mm on Tinplate, observe whether crack after bending.

As shown in the figure, the result after 1mm film bending at room temperature 20℃70%RH maintain.

Result: As epoxy has no flexibility, 10 days later it’s cracking seriously after bending. After completely cured after 3days, polyaspartic flexibility is super good, no crack at all.

Part 3 QUV Aging Testing, Anti-yellowing Testing

1. After 1 day QUVa raying, epoxy grout is yellowing seriously, however polyaspartic grout has no change by visual.
2. After 1 day QUVa raying, epoxy grout is peeling off, after 5days, the situation is even worse, finally the grout is cracking and dropping off, however polyaspartic is still good bounding.
3. Epoxy grout is aging and losing gloss seriously(99→30), however polyaspartic grout gloss is stable.(91→89.4).

Part 4 Adhesion Testing

Result: the adhesion of epoxy grout and polyaspartic grout on substrate is good after original QUVa raying, along with the longer raying time, the epoxy grout aging speed is accelerated and chalking, shrinking seriously, result in cracking and peeling off. However, polyaspartic grout performance well,no obvious change.

2- Polyaspartic Tile Grout P-30 is slightly elastic film, it can endure more terrible temperature sticking firmly in the

ceramic tile seam, which avoid the grout peeling off and crack.

3- Polyaspartic Tile Grout P-30 is made of polyaspartic materials, it can be cured itself under the pretty low temperature even minus 35 degree, therefore P-30 is a products that do not being affected by temperature.

Excepting those particular feature, Polyaspartic Tile Grout P-30 has all features as epoxy tile grout P-20, like It has luster, rich, natural delicate color, such as gold, silver, pearlescent, especially white and black color is significantly higher than tile grout, which brings better overall decorative effect to the wall. After solidification, the surface issmooth like porcelain, which can be scrubbed together with ceramic tiles. It is anti-mildew, stain resistance, waterproof, that can make the ceramic tile seam "never turn dirty black".
