Working Principle
The Plastic MFI Melt Flow Index Test Equipment operates by melting the test material under specified temperature conditions using a high-temperature furnace. In the molten state, the material is extruded through a standardized diameter orifice under the force of applied weight loads. The melt flow rate represents the polymer material's fluidity and viscosity properties in the molten state, commonly used in industrial and research applications.

Calculation Example
Sample Data: Cut sections every 30 seconds: 0.081g, 0.086g, 0.081g, 0.089g, 0.082g
Calculation:
Average cut quality m = (0.081 + 0.086 + 0.081 + 0.089 + 0.082) ÷ 5 = 0.0838 ≈ 0.084g
MFR = 600 * 0.084 ÷ 30 = 1.680 g/10min
