Main features

 

ZL-130 Dry sand rubber wheel wear tester is a dry sand semi-free abrasive wear tester. The testing machine meets the requirements of ASTM B611, G65, JBT_7705-1995 standards.

 

Machine principle

 

It uses a clockwise rotating rubber wheel to drive abrasives such as quartz sand (ore, sand, sand) to wear various metal or non-metal materials, thereby testing the wear resistance of the material. Because the parameters such as the positive pressure exerted by the rubber wheel on the sample can be changed, this machine can simulate various working conditions well. It can be used in various industries such as mining machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, transportation machinery, and agricultural machinery. The screening test of wear-resistant materials is carried out indoors, and this machine can also be better used by scientific research departments to study the mechanism of abrasive wear.
