The system consists of three main components: combustion box, electric control box, and spray purification box.
Combustion Box Features
- Top-mounted exhaust port for uniform gas discharge
- Multiple air intake holes at bottom to maintain oxygen content
- Water spray device for forced flame extinguishing after specified test duration
- Front door with high-temperature resistant tempered glass observation window

Self-supporting box with dimensions: width (1000±100) mm, depth (2000±100) mm, height (4000±100) mm.
Construction Details
- Insulated with thermal mineral wool ("mullite thermal insulating fiber")
- Inner box: 1.5mm thick 304# stainless steel
- Outer box: electrostatically sprayed steel plate (customer configurable)
- Internal thermocouple for temperature monitoring
Ventilation and Safety Systems
- Smoke hood positioned 200-400mm above combustion chamber outlet
- Air and smoke mixing baffle for proper gas mixing
- Exhaust capacity exceeding 1m³/s at normal pressure and 25°C
- Manual sprinkler system for test termination if required
- High-pressure water spray gun for post-test cleaning
