IEC 60811-1 VDE 0472 Low Temperature Winding Test Device
This precision test apparatus is engineered in compliance with domestic and international safety standards including GB/T 2951.4, IEC 60811-1-4, and VDE 0472. It evaluates whether insulated wires develop cracks when subjected to low-temperature coiling conditions. Testing must be performed in conjunction with a compatible low-temperature test chamber.
Application Scope
- Circular insulated cores with outer diameter ≤ 12.5 mm
- Insulated cores where cross-section prevents preparation of dumbbell test pieces
- Cables with outer diameter ≤ 12.5 mm
- Flat cables with minor axis dimension ≤ 20 mm
