ISO22609 ASTM F1862 Medical Face Mask Synthetic Blood Penetration Test Machine
This mask synthetic blood penetration tester is designed to measure the spatter penetration performance of medical mask synthetic blood. It is suitable for medical inspection departments, safety inspection departments, and scientific research units.
Testing Principle
The medical mask sample is supported on the test device, and 2 mL of synthetic blood is sprayed from a cannula with an inner diameter of 0.84 mm in a horizontal direction toward the mask at a distance of 300 mm. This simulates the scenario where the mask is sprayed with blood from perforated blood vessels, allowing observation of synthetic blood penetration on the other side of the mask. Testing is conducted at liquid ejection speeds of 450 cm/s, 550 cm/s, and 635 cm/s, with results recorded for each injection speed.
