Tester Introduction
This instrument is designed to test the heat insulation capability of entire shoes and sole materials (such as rubber and polymers) when exposed to high temperatures.
Test Principle
The sandbox is heated to 150°C, allowing the sand to cover the contact area between the sample upper and the sole. The temperature change of the insole is recorded over 30 minutes with an accuracy of 0.5°C.
