Application:

Single Arm Drop Test bench is suitable for testing the packing situation after free dropping and to

evaluate the anti-impact strength in the process of shipping.

Specialties:

1. This tester is with structure design of single arm and double poles: this design can conquer the accident dropping in the Pneumatic design when power is suddenly cut off or the air source is interrupted. It can be up and down stably and no trembling in the process of up and down.

2. Support arm is with electronic control resetting, no need hand resetting, which can avoid the accident by hand resetting operation.

3. Support arm is designed to be Electro-magnet withdrawing, and assisted by the pulling spring, which can make sure the testing samples can be free dropping impact by sudden withdrawing of the support arm, the difference between real impact speed and free dropping impact speed is within±1%.

4. Multi-functional sample supporter: Can rapidly fix the different size package to test the package edges, sides and corners.

5. Impacted base board is steel, and with flat surface.

6.Control box:

I.Digital display design: Can display the current height of testing supporter in the process of up

and down, the difference between real height and the display is within +/-2%.

II.Height setting control:Micro adjusting control, can rapidly set to the needed testing height.
