Equipment Overview
The Shore A Rubber Hardness Tester is an instrument designed to measure the hardness of vulcanized rubber, rubber, and plastic materials. It features three measurement patterns: A-type, D-type, and C-type.
- A-type and D-type are used for measuring low hardness and high hardness rubber materials respectively
- C-type is applied for testing rubber with compression rate of 50% and stress above 0.049Mpa, as well as plastic foam used in shoe manufacturing
- Complies with GB/T531, GB2411, HG/T2489, and JB6148 standards
