Model ZL-8013 is primarily designed for compressive strength testing of building materials including brick, stone, cement, concrete, and similar materials.

The system incorporates digital servo valves, high-precision sensors, controllers, and specialized software, delivering exceptional control precision and reliability. Compliant with GB, ISO, ASTM, and other international standards for testing cement, mortar, concrete, and various materials.

Hydraulic oil is driven from the tank by a high-pressure pump into the motor oil circuit, flowing through a unidirectional valve, high-pressure filter, pressure valve, and servo valve into the cylinder. Computer control signals direct the servo valve to manage flow direction and opening, precisely controlling cylinder flow for consistent test force management.

Automatic overload protection activates when test force exceeds 3% of maximum capacity, immediately shutting down the oil pump motor to prevent equipment damage.
