The automatic winding machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB4706.1:22.16 and IEC60335-1:22.16. This specialized testing equipment evaluates whether the structure of automatic winding machines for household and similar electrical appliances causes excessive scratch or damage to flexible wire sheaths, wire breakage, or excessive wear at contact points.

Working Principle
The testing procedure involves pulling out two-thirds of the total wire length from the reel. If the pull-out length is less than 225cm, adjust the initial pull length so that 75cm of flexible wire remains on the reel. An additional 75cm section is pulled out and then rolled back in the direction that causes maximum scratching to the cord sheath, considering the appliance's normal usage position.
During testing, the included angle between the cord axis and the axis when rolled back without resistance should be approximately 60° at the point where the cord leaves the appliance. The test involves winding this section of soft wire 6000 times at a rate of about 30 cycles per minute or the maximum rate allowed by the reel structure.
