This specialized testing equipment is designed and manufactured specifically for hair care appliances fitted with rotating connections to evaluate the bending resistance of power cords.
Overview
The equipment complies with GB4706.15 and IEC 60335-2-23:11.101 standards, providing reliable testing for power cord durability in rotating connection appliances.
Test Principle
The appliance with rotary connection is positioned with the spindle horizontal and power cord suspended vertically under 1N tension. Operating at rated voltage, the appliance rotates around its main shaft at approximately 50 revolutions per minute, reversing direction every 20 revolutions. Testing continues to 1500 revolutions, with sliding joint temperature rise not exceeding 65K.
