Hydraulic Drive Battery Squeeze Acupuncture Test Machine with LCD Display and 1-20N Force Range
The Battery Squeeze Acupuncture Test Machine is designed to simulate various conditions that batteries may encounter during use, transportation, storage, or handling in household waste. This equipment tests battery resilience to compression and acupuncture under controlled environmental conditions.
Testing is conducted at 20℃ ± 5℃ ambient temperature. The battery, connected to a thermocouple (fixed on the large surface), is placed in a fume hood. A corrosion-resistant steel needle with diameter of 2-8mm penetrates the battery's maximum surface center at 10-40mm/s speed. The battery passes if it does not explode or ignite during the test period.
